Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, billing country and postal code, and order details. Stripe collects your payment details directly. We never receive your full card number.
• When you use the free calculator and request your package menu: your first name, email and the numbers you entered.
• When you download: which file you downloaded, when, and your IP address. We use this to prevent link sharing and to fix delivery problems.
• If you leave checkout after entering your email and ticking the box to hear from us, we may send up to three reminder emails.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver what you bought, send receipts and download links, answer support requests (an AI assistant drafts and sends most support replies, and a person handles anything it can't), and, if you signed up or bought, send emails about running a booth business and our products. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing doesn't affect your downloads.

Who processes it for us

Stripe processes payments, Cloudflare hosts the site and stores files and order records, Resend delivers email, and Anthropic's Claude reads support emails and the related order details to answer them. Each acts on our instructions. We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies for fraud prevention.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. We keep subscriber records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and download logs for 12 months.

Your choices

Email support@boothoperatoros.com to access, correct or delete your information. We'll reply within 30 days. Order records we're legally required to keep stay until that period ends.
